What Does This Test Result From USG Indicate?

I am 25 years. 4 years back i had chocolate cysts in both ovaries which resolved after taking danazol. Now since about 2 months i have not got periods. i got an usg which says endometrial cyst in right ovary 2x1.5cms and polycystic ovaries on the left. fluid in pod. I usually suffer from severe dysmennorhea. and also a lot of discharge. for pain i had been advised to take mefthal spas.what treatment or further investigations should be done? and what can be the diagnosis? how complicated could it get for both the conditions to coexist? or is it easy to deal with?
