What Does This Test Result From Colonoscopy Indicate?

Hello. I am a 36 y/o woman who just had a colonoscopy. Everything looked normal except they noted granularity in the terminal ileum. It is being biopsied. I would just like to know what this could possibly mean because it s something I ve never heard of. Thank you!
