What Does This Test Result Of TVS Indicate?

Hi, I am 29+ TTC since last 4-5 months, I had my last mc on 31 Jan 2015, and was expecting it back on 9th March but it never came. I experienced cramping and soreness in breasts though. Checked the pregnancy with home PTD on 13th and 15th and it showed me very light/fainted line. and between these two dates I started seeing spotting which is still there but the colour is dark brown unlike regular periods. My doc tested HCG and TVS. While HCG result is awaited, TVS report says I have left overian Cyct and thickened endometrium with internal vascularity. How much is the chances of my positive pregnancy?
