What Does This Test Result Of Pelvic And Endovaginal Ultrasound Indicate?

i received a diagnosis following a pelvic and endovaginal ultrasound. Impression: Abnormal endometrial cavity. Malignancy is within the differential diagnosis.the myometrium is unremarkable. Endometrium is abnormal. appears thickened and somewhat globular, up to 11 mm. there is an ovoid fluid collection of small size seen within the endometrial cavity and additionally the endometrium appears quite vascularized in an irregular matter.What does all this mean?
