What Does This Test Result Of Rotator Cuff Indicate?

I had surgery on Sept 2013 and I was reading the operative report. It states that, " a grasper was used to check the appropriate extrusion of the cuff tendons, it became apparent that a full standard repair of the supraspinatus tendon anteriorly with repair of the infraspinatus behind it was not possible. Therefore, the soft tissues about the leading edge of the supraspinatus were divided." I don't feel my orthopedic did a well job. I'm now experiencing my is head is shaking. Since my supraspinatus were divided using the Serfas wand. Soft tissues were then elevated from the undersurface of the rotator cuff and the superior glenoid and glenoid neck. What is going on with my rotator cuff?
