What Does This Test Result Of Uterus During Pregnancy Indicate?

I m 20 years olds I took a pregnancy test and it came back Postive I ve been bleeding heavy I went to the hospital and they said my endometrial thickness measures 1cm my uterus & cervix measure 10.3 x 4.2 x 3.9cm and has heterogeneous it also says that there is no intrauterine pregnancy identified it also says that there is a probable corpus luteum on my left ovary what does this mean
