What Does This Test Result Of Uterus Indicate?

i went to the hospital and they gave me a paper that says the uterus measures 8.4 x 2.3 cm. there is a cystic lesion measuring approximately 6.5 x 6.1 x 4.9 cm in the posterior aspect of the uterus with mass effect on the uterus. it is unclear if this cystic lesion arises from the uterus or arises from the adjacent left adnexa. there is a displacement of the endometrial stripe anteriorly which is suboptimally visualized but approximately measures 4 mm. no free fluid is identified. What exactly does that mean?
