What Does This Thyroid Test Report Indicate?

Hello I have just got my thyroid test results. Free T4 - 15.54 Free T3 - 4.37 TSH - 4.4799 Thyroglobulin Antibody - 1.42, TPO Antibody- 81.11 My doctor says that those results are totally normal and refused to treat me even though i have antibodies. Is it really normal? i have all the symptoms of hypothyroidism and suspect that i have subclinical hypothyroidism. Please help me. Thank you
