What Does This Thyroid Test Result Indicate Despite Being Diagnosed With IBS?

My daughter aged 17 years was suffering from irritable bowel syndrome,stomach ache & weakness for past 1 month.Doctor prescribed her MBC 140 tablet , IBSET 0.5 tablet and cremadiet powder at first.No relief. then he prescribed Colaspa Retard.Complication such as stomach ache,weakness,shaking legs,sleepiness prevailed.Doctor took thyroid test.Her T3 s 2.24 nmol/l,T4 is 11.94 nmol/l & TSH is 0.12ulU/ml.Please advise.
