What Does This Thyroid Test Result Indicate?

I just received my Thyroid levels and I am wondering if I am within the normal range. I have all the symptoms of hypothyroid yet my doc said these levels are normal with really no explanation. Here are my levels: TSH - Highly Sensitive 1.92 Free T4 - 1.1 ng/dl Free T3 - 3.3 pg/ml
