What Does This Thyroid Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi, Im currently 28 years old experiencing neck discomfort and occasionaly tachycardia.Thyroid ultrasound was done resulting Heterogeneous thyroid gland, minimal enlargement with hypoechoic nodules in isthmus with internal vascular color flow.Isthmus appears enlarged and thickened with multiple hypoechoic nodules measuring 0.6 and 0.5cm.Right lobe of the thyroid gland measures 4.3x1.8x2.1 cm and the left measures 4.6x1.9x1.8cm.Each nodule demonstrates minimal increased color flow within.Should i be worried? And can they do a FNA to make sure its not malignant? Thyroid Peroxidase,TSH,FT4,and thyroglobulin antiobodies were all normal. Please help..
