What Does This Trans Vaginal Scan Specify?

Hi good afternun... I had an trans-v this afternoon.. And this is the results Shows normal size anteverted uterus with smooth contour and homogrnous echopattern. It measures 5.0x4.1 x 2.8cms. No focal mass noted. Endometrial lining is not thickened (0.3cms) Both ovaries are normal in size nd echotextures. The right ovary mesures 2.7 x 1.4cms while the left measures 3.6 x 1.8cms. No focal mass noted. IMPRESSION: Normal anteverted uterus Negative adnexa, cervix and posterior cil de sac.. Im just wanna know what it means... And if im pregnant? Thank you in advance
