What Does This Trans Vaginal Ultrasound Scan Finding Indicate?

The result of my transvaginal ultrasound..my uterus is retroverted with smooth contour and homogenous echopattern measuring 7.3 x 4.0 x3.5 cm.( the cervix measures 3.3x2.9 x3.0 cm). The endometrium is trilaminar measuring 0.92 cm with intact subendometrial halo. The rigth ovary measures 3.7 x 3.2 x 1.9 cm with dominant follicle measuring 2.09 cm with the volume of 4.75 ml. The left ovary measures 3. 3 x 2.3 x 1.7 cm with ovarian follicles. There are no adnexal masses seen. There is no fluid in the cul-de-sac. Impression: Normal -sized retroverted uterus Late proliferative phase endometrium Normal ovaries with dominant follicle the right What is the meaning of all these?
