What Does This Trans Vaginal Ultrasound Scan Result Indicate?

Hi there, just got my result of my Transvaginal Ultrasound please let me understand what is meant by this result: 1. normal sized anteverted uterus wtih secretory phase endometrium. 2. Left ovarian cyst, with benign feature, as described 3. unremarkable right ovary. 4. scanty cul de sac fluid. thank you much i am jut so worried for this.
