What Does This Transoesophageal Echocardiogram Indicate?

my stepfather has just had a transoesophageal echocardiogram and the discharge papers stated moderate to severe MR and TR - good LV - AS intact - mild to moderate - RV for moderate to severe RA/LA dilated - can you please explain what this means - unfortunately I cannot be there to discuss with doctors - kind regards - judy
