What Does This Transvaginal Scan Result Indicate?

good morning, please let help me to understand my tvs result, it was stated that the uterus is anteverted with smooth contour and homogenous echopattern measuring 6.62x4.12cm. (cervix: 3.1x2.6x2.9cm). the endometrium is hyperechoic measuring 0.6cm with intact subendometrial halo. thank you.
