What Does This Transvaginal Ultra Sound Scan Result Indicate?

In a 77 year old post menopausal woman, presenting with no bleeding and not on HRT, what would a normal endometrial thickness (a range is fine) be? Recent transvaginal ultra sound results are as follows; Findings; 8.3x3x3.9 uterus/.59 (mom said cm but I m hoping she meant mm) endometrium heterogeneous echo texture with unidentifiable complex, solid & cystic adnexa mass measuring 15x9x4.5cm/no ascites on mass. I know what most of it means but am having difficulty determining what normal uterus and endometrium measurements shoukd be.
