What Does This Transvaginal Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I went to the er Sunday they did a transvaginal ultrasound there is an intrauterine gestational sac measuring approximately 9 millimeters inside in diameter out of range for dating with no fetal pole or yolk sac seen at this time. No adnexal lesions seen no free fluid seen.
