What Does This Transvaginal Ultrasound Report Specify?

Hi! Please interpret

I undergo TVS and below is the result?

The uterus is anteverted, midline, with homogenous echopattern and smooth contour. It measures 4.7 x 5.4 x 4.0 cm

The endometrium has a thickness of 1.0cm, is hyperechoic, with intact subendometrial halo.

The cervix measures 2.6 x 2.5 x 2.1 cm.

The right ovary is lateral in location and measures 2.9 x 3.5 x 1.9cm, (vol:10.5 ml) with corpus luteum, measuring 2.3 x 1.9 x 1.2 cm

The left ovary is lateral in location and measures 3.0 x 3.3 x 2.2 cm, (vol:11ml) within the ovary is a cystic structure, biloculated, thick-walled and containing medium level echoes measuring 2.2 x 2.2 x 1.4 cm suggestive of endometrial cyst.

The cul-de-sac has no free fluid.
