What Does This Ultra Sound Scan Finding Indicate?

i got my home pregnancy test done it is negative but in sonogarphy its written that both ovaries are enlarged in size and show multiple small follicles showing peripheral arranement. No dominant follicle seen. The stromal echogenicity is increased.
No adnexal mass seen.what it means and my peroid date was 15th Dec......almost 20 days overdue...performed home pregnancy test three times.....latest three days back...negative
