What Does This Ultra Sound Scan Finding Indicate?

Hi doc, my wife had a ultrasound last march 13,2015.can you please help us to explain the meaning and check if our baby is okay.it say s singelton in transverse lie-fetal head on maternal left and fetal back-up.Postero placenta,grade 2 in high lying.Adequate amniotic fluid level.will appreciate your answer.thank you so much.
