What Does This Ultra Sound Scan Finding Indicate?

Hi, Iam 25 years old. I had been married since 1 1/2 years. I have no baby till now. We consulted the Dr in our area. She suggested the UUphen tablet 100 mg. After having the tablet my scan reports are normal in the month of march 10. After 1 month, in april 10 I done my pelvis scan the reports are abnormal. The reports are right septated adnexal ? ovarian cyst measuring 13.4 x 8 cm & in left side the simple cyst measures 5 x 4 cm in size. What should i do now please help me
