What Does This Ultra Sound Scan Findings Indicate?

Anteverted uterus is enlarge,it measures 83x63x60 mm..the endometrial stripe is thickened w/ full thickness of 29 mm..no focal intramural mass is noted save for few small cysts in the cervical area,most likely nabothian cysts..the ovaries are not delineated.no adnexal mass noted.no free fluid is seen in the posterior cul de sac.
