What Does This Ultra Sound Scanning Result Indicate?

Hi sir recently my father had a ultra sound scanning in that we got these two problems
1.LONG SEGMENT INTRAMURAL BOWEL WALL THICKENING
-R/O POSSIBLE GROWTH
2. Grade-3 PROSTATOMEGALY
But my father did nt have any symptoms of above two diseases. Please help me what to do?????
