What Does This Ultrasound Of Kidney Indicate?

I passed a stone two and a 1/2 months ago. I did my follow up ultrasound. I still have one stone (3mm) in the mid pole of the same kidney I passed the previous stone from. But it also said, Minimal fullness and dilatation of the central left renal collecting system. What does that mean? Thanks!
