Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I am concerned about my ultrasound. The report is: The uterus is normal with an 8mms endometrial echo diameter. The right ovary measures 36mms in length, the left ovary measures 37mms in length. Both ovaries demonstrate some follicles under 9mms. And in Summary it says: Ovarian findings suggestive of possible PCO. Otherwise, normal exam. Clinical and biochemical correlation is recommended. I have done my blood tests and that says normal report all hormones. only testrosterone level is left to do it. Me and my husband both are stressed out because we dont know know what is going on. Do I have PCOS or PCO. What is the difference in between them and what is the treatment for this. And what are the chances of getting pregnant?
