Hello sir I m 23 years old . I have very unregular periods .my ultrasound shows bilateral ovaries. Are in large in size. Right ovaries. 4.01*2.62cm. And left ovaries. 3.75*2.20cm. Please help me doctor. I am. So worried ican be pregnant. And pco. Will create problem or not
