What Does This Ultrasound Report For Follicular Tracking Indicate?

Hiiiii,I m 33 yrs old diagnosed with low AMH was on FSH hormonal injection and follicular tracking before the hormone ultrasound showed I follicle 12.8 in each ovary recived the injection on day 8th of my cycle I had scan which showed rupture follicle in the right ovary ..note by bleeding stopped on day 5 scan on day 8.... I have 3 questions 1st could the follicle ruptured before day 8 I mean during my cycle and still could be detected on us???? 2nd I had intercourse on the same day when my bleeding stopped then day 8 after the us result?? What my chance to get preganant ?? 3/ ruptured follicles means always egg relase !! Especially in my case with low AMH level 0.1,Thanks
