What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

sir, my ultrasound reports shows that my liver is normal in size but shows grade 3 duffuse increase in echotexture. focal hypoechoic area measuring 1.4 x1.2 cms noted in the right lobe anterior to the gall bladder suggestive of fat sparing area. there is no evidence of intrahephatic bilary dilatation. cbd and portal vein are normal. kindly let me know is there any serious and let me know the treatment.
