What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I am almost 9 weeks pregnant. Had a scan almost 2 weeks ago measuring 7w3d. Scan also showed evidence of sac separation and subchorionic hemorrhage measuring 2.2 ×0.6×1.4cm. Also a discrepancy between sac size and fetal pole. What does all this mean?
