What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hello Im 41 years old and Im 5 weeks 2 days pregnant. I had a Foetal Dating Ultrasound. There is a Sac present and is under 8mm. No foetal pole is demonstrated although a yolk sac has been identified. two hypoechoic areas are seen in the myometrium consistent with fibroids. The larger has a maximum diameter of 22mm. Will this affect the pregnancy?
