What Does This Ultrasound Report Regarding Lungs Indicate?

starting two weeks ago I had left side pain in neck, ear, and jaw but no positive strep or ear infection so I ended up having to go to the ER for the pain and it was inflamed lymph nodes scattered on through both sides of neck they prescribed penicillin and am still taking that now. The pain finally stopped a few days after taking the medication. While I was at ER they did CBC with Diff. CTA Neck with Contrast. The blood tests were good the ER Dr. said.. impression: the airway patent and within the midline. There are multiple mildly enlargedymph nodes throughout both sides of neck which are likely physiologic and reactive.. no dominant mass or abcess . Impression:Mild bibasilar atelectasis. Now for the past few days I've had is shortness of breath. I have smoked for 20 years and I am a 40 year old female. The scan was only of abdomen and bottom part of lungs. Could I have lung cancer with these tests I received?
