What Does This Ultrasound Report Specify?

After the abdominal scan the result was the liver is mildly enlarged in size with a craniocaudal span of 16.5cm at the MCL. It shows smooth outline and normal parenchymal echoes. No intrinsic mass lesion or ductal dilatation is seen. The gall bladder is well distended with clear luminal content and has normal wall thickness. The spleen 8.3cm, pancreatic bed and para aortic area all appear within normal limits. Both kidneys are normal in position, outline and echogenicity. They measure RK 12.1*4.8cm LK 10.3*5.4cm they show good cortiocomedullary differentiation and normal central sinus echoes. No pelvicalyceal or ureteric dilatation is seen.
