What Does This Ultrasound Result From Abdomen Indicate?

Hi I am 29 years old unmarreid.Kindly give your opinion on my following report result. Are my ovaries too large? And 3 follicles in right ovary? What does this mean? Kindly guide me.Finding of US Abdomen comp with pelvis are as follows:-Liver, kidney, spleen, gall bladder, urinary bladder all normal. All have normal size and shape.Small anteverted uterus measuring 55*31*35mm. Normal myometrium and endometrium. Endometrial thickbess is 3mm. Cervix appears normal.Both ovaries are prominent otherwise normal in appearance. At least 3 follicles noted in right ovary. No follicles seen in the left ovary.Right ovary measures 36*22*20mm, volume of 8 cc.Left ovary measures 34*14*20mm, volume of 5cc.No adnexal mass or free fluid seen in pelvis.Impression:Normal scan of whole abdomen and pelvis Prominent ovaries noted
