What Does This Ultrasound Scan During 7th Week Of Pregnancy Indicate?

Hi. I m 7w6 d pregnant. My scan showed visible cardiac activity and 13.1mm Long fetus.it also stated that small perisac heamota seen. My dr advised me to bed ret. I HV no bleeding or sporting yet. Please explain it has a threat that I will miscaryy? Can I go on work? She advise d me duphaston twice a day. Will it b okay to use this tablet?plz guide me I m in great stress
