What Does This Ultrasound Scan Finding Indicate?

I missed my period in November and December, but in January 6th to be precise, I saw blood. I went to my doctor who sent me for a blood pregnancy test which came out positive. I was asked to go do a scan but d result came out and it read incomplete miscarriage and was advise to do a d&c. They said my cervix is tight. Pls, what does not mean?
