What Does This Ultrasound Scan Finding Indicate?

I went in for a regular check up at 16 weeks and 4 days. During the routine ultrasound, my dr. discovered the amniotic fluid was low. It was confirmed by a 2nd opinion. My level was at 7.something. I also have high blood pressure. My blood pressure only goes down when I am laying on my left side. so he put me on complete bed rest and lots fluids. they did check the kidneys and bladder, and the kidneys are present. Bladder is filling. the 2nd dr. mentioned that the bladder was a little small but she didn t seem worried. I am TERRIFIED! and want some help and advice I guess.
