What is a moderately heterogeneous uterus with right poserior fibroid 2.9 cm.+ The fungus is not well seen Right posterior hyperechoic uterine fibroid measuring 2.0 X1.7x2.9 cm increased vascularity present.Complex cyst preent poserior endometrium and anterior to the fibroid measuring 3x2x4 mm. Cervix Nabothian cyst measuring up to 18x17x19 mm. Endometrium:Unremarkable measuring 9 mm. Right ovary Only seen with transvaginal imaging.Fallicles.Nonspecific calcification present.Left ovary: Follicicles.Srveral nonspecific calcification present also.Dominant cyst measuring 21 x 15 x 19 mm.Free fluid None. Could this be causing pain and cramps x temp out of controll.Hot cold sweats,nausea ,fatuge ?
