What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

hi doc.im cherry from philippines.i just want to know the result of my ultrasound here: the retroverted is normal in size. indometrial mstripe is intact. no abnormal focal echaes seen. there is no free fluid in the cul-de-sac. both ovaries are normal in size with multiple immature follicles at the periphery. IMPRESSION: normal size retroverted uterus with intact indometrium. bilateral polycystic ovaries. i hoipe u can help me doc..thank u..
