What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Mean?

Hi, I m currently 21 weeks pregnant and at the 20wks + 6 days ultrasound, it showed bilateral pelviectasis of 3mm and unchallenged thickness of 5.5-6mm. I ve read it over the internet these both are soft markers for Down syndrome. I m referred to see a maternal fetal medicine specialist, however, the appointment is in two days. I m super nervous now, and want to get your opinion? Thank you in advance! Coco
