What Does This Ultrasound Test Result Indicate?

my 3 year old daughter has viral fever and loose motion. She is having abdominal pain too, intermittent. In the nigh when she went for passing stools there is a drop of blood, not exactly fresh blood or jelly like material. on USG she had edematous colon and mesenteric lymphnode enlargement. No intussusception at present. on Taxim-O and Lactospore, with Cyclopam sos. We are just scared and what it could be?
