What Does This Urinalysis Report Indicate?

hi my son 4yrs6mths is complaining of severe pain just below belly button, we consulted the Dr and urine analysis shows wbc 2-4/hpf and red blood cells 10-15/hpf. Dr prescribed zanocin syp, today 3rd day but pain still continues and he says now it is paining even in the back side. kindly guide me through the problem.
