What Does This Urinalysis Report Indicate?

Hi My name is Kunle Idowu from Nigeria. i noticed some little discharges from my penis some days ago, a little creamy in colour when i squeeze the tip. i have noticed this only in the morning and once or twice later in the day, but no burning sensation no pain when i urinate no feeling of discomfort, i just see the discharges at the tip when i squeeze. I proceeded to do a urine analysis and this is my result - Pus cells - 0-3/HPF, Epith cells (++), protein (+), ascorbic acid (+) Culture - No bacteria grosth isolated after 48 hours incubation at 37 C. please can you interpret the result
