What Does This Urinalysis Report Mean?

Hi, just had a Urinalysis exam yesterday the result was Macroscopic Color:Yellow, Transparency: Clear, PH:5.0, Specific Gravity;1.010, Sugar : negative, protein:negative. FOR MICROSCOPIC(per hpf) WBC: 0-2/hpf RBC: 0-1HPF, Epithelial Cells :few, bacteria: few. For Crystals: few. Please help me. I m girl.
