What Does This Urine Test Result Indicate?

I am being treated for a uti with microbid. I had just finished a round of Cipro for a uti. The first test showed a lot of blood in urine. The second showed moderate amounts. I took a home urine test and it showed no nitrites but positive for leukocytes. What could this mean?
