What Does This Uterus Test Result Indicate?

Right Ovary: 3.9 x 2.3 x 2.6 cm, volume 12 cc. Numerous small follicles along the periphery . No dominant mass. Normal vascularity.Left Ovary: 3.0 x 1.8 x 3.5 cm, volume 9 cc. Numerous small follicles along the periphery. No dominant mass. Normal vascularity.Can someone please explain this? Is it bad to have numerous small follicles along the periphery?
