What Does This Vaginal Smear Mean?

Hi doc. I have a hard time urinating it has burning sensation but i am not sure whether it is from my vagina or from my urethra. It is really painful. Sometimes i can not sleep and my urine analysis show lots of pus cells and few red cells. My vaginal gram stain smear shows many gram positive cocci in singles and in pairs. Few gram positive bacilli in singles and in pairs with many gram negative bacilli in singles. Many pus cells and epithelial cells noted. What could this mean? Hx: i broke up with my ex boyfriend then after a month i did it again with him.
