What Does This Widal Test Report Diagnose?

Sir, i am feeling week and headache which usually start in evening. My Wildal test report is Anti Salmonela typhi- O 1:40 Anti Salmonela typhi- A 1:80 Anti Salmonela paratyphi- A-O 1:80 Anti Salmonela paratyphi- A-H 1:80 Anti Salmonela paratyphi- B-O 1:160 Anti Salmonela paratyphi- B-H 1:60 and test is postive....Is i have typhoid...? Once i had typhoid fever three years ago after that time i have constipution and stomach acidity problem.
