What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

Hello, Good afternoon! I have a question now regarding the result of my present x-ray and the result states that Koch s infiltrates not ruled out and another says that Bi-apical and fibrosis remains stationary ? I had been diagnosed of having PTB IV since year 2002 and also had undergone 9 months medication. Please help me to interpret now the current result and what does it mean so far for now ? thank you -pastor Jener
