What Does This X-ray Report Mean?

hello doc.,my 1 yr old son was xray, in the result goes like this: streaky densities are seen in right lower lobe consider right basal pneumonia.. he has cough for a week & taking medicine .azithromycin antibiotik for 5 days upto now.. he will have follow up chekup with the xray result in Fri. March 27.. my son has a allergic rhinities according to her pedia. Why is it when his rhinities occures ,, it will also be followed by couch after few days.. He also confined because of pneumonia when he is 8 months old.. I just want to know the explanation of result of his xray and ask why he always suffer cough when his rhinities occured. thank you very much for the reply..
